Pepsi thrills Consumers with Valentine Rave Concert

It was a night filled with fun and excitement as Nigeria foremost beverage brand, Pepsi delighted consumers with a special valentine day concert tagged ‘Big Valentine Rave’ at Eko Hotel & Suites in Lagos.  

The special valentine event drew lovers from all walks of life to a refreshing
moment
with best music entertainment arts from Pepsi music ambassadors, Tiwa Savage and the ecstatic
hip hop star, Wizkid; American R&B star and multi-talented instrumentalist Mario Winans; soul singer, Sunshine Anderson and American platinum-selling R&B group, 702.  
The concert is in tandem with the Pepsi’s new global thematic campaign, ‘Live For Now’, which provides platforms for consumers to celebrate and live in the now.

Speaking on the occasion, Head of Marketing, Seven-Up Bottling Company, Mr. Norden Thurston said “our aim of bringing together some of the greatest talents in the world of entertainment was to establish a life time memory for our consumers to experience love in the now”, adding; “the season of love is a time to truly refresh our esteemed consumers and make them see the joy of celebrating love and all it means with Pepsi.”

Some of the guests expressed their feelings. Miss Bimpe could not hide her emotions as she screamed “oh my God! This is my best ever valentine experience in years. Thank you Pepsi for making my valentine a worthy night, says miss Bimpe Adeleye, a student of the University of Lagos who came with her boy friend.

In the same spirit, another female consumer who identified herself as Miss Independent said, “my boy friend has just proven to be the best guy by bringing me to Pepsi Big valentine Rave. The show is just the best and perfect val gift for me and life is sweet in the now”

The event also featured some of the best music performances ever witnessed in the history of Nigeria valentine day concert; Iyanya, Davido, DPrince, Harrysong, Chidinma, Don Jazzy, Praiz and iMike.

Spinning on the disc were Nigeria’s finest Disc Jockeys; Jimmy Jatt, Big N, Neptune, Caise and Obi.

It will be recorded that in December 2013, Pepsi sponsored Corporate Elite Concert was a huge bang for corporate Nigerians to end the year on high.
